Job Summary
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in guiding clients through their home-buying journey, ensuring every step is smooth, professional, and stress-free. You’ll build strong relationships, match buyers with their ideal homes, and deliver excellent customer service from the first enquiry to the final completion. If you’re motivated, people-focused, and passionate about property, this is the perfect opportunity to develop your skills and make a real impact.

- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
- Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
- A focus on generating new and repeat business
- Canvassing the local area
- Door knocking and leaflet dropping
- Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
- A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
- Attention to detail
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Must have access to a vehicle that is less than 10 years old
- Before starting with us, you will need to provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle.
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
Passport/Birth Certificate
- Proof of Address
- National Insurance
- Drivers Licence Check
