MINI Sales Executive

Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission.

Sytner MINI Wolverhampton is looking for an individual with a background in customer service or automotive sales to serve as a key point of contact for our customers during their car buying experience. As a Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers, support and understand their needs, and guide them through the purchase journey. Flexible working patterns, including weekends, are typical to ensure we provide the highest possible level of service.

Salary and an achievable OTE of £42,500 are complemented by a company car, subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym membership, and discounts with popular high street retailers.

All candidates must have automotive sales experience as a minimum requirement. Successful applicants will demonstrate good interpersonal skills, take pride in face‑to‑face customer engagement, and possess a passion for outstanding customer service. A full and valid UK driving licence will be beneficial. Assessment centre attendance may be requested.
