Role: Field Sales Executive

Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K) + £250 per month car allowance

Business travel: Paid

• Out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• Manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• Drive performance by hitting and exceeding targets consistently.
• Build relationships within the local community and internally.
• Be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Driv en by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• Solid sales experience, ideally in a face-to-face role, with ability to engage people and obtain a yes.
• Friendly and confident, able to have real conversations.
• Confident going solo; effective at managing time and hitting targets in the field.
