About this jobA leading distributor of heating products and spares is looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Account Manager professional to join their growing team in Wolverhampton.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a heating or plumbing background who enjoys building relationships, developing business and working within a fast-paced environment.

With a strong focus on developing commercial business opportunities, this role offers the chance to work with facilities management companies, contractors and key commercial customers, while also managing and developing high-value key accounts.

Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
Internal Sales:
Manage inbound enquiries, quotations, order processing and customer follow-ups.
Business Development:
Proactively identify and develop new commercial business opportunities, particularly within facilities management and contractor markets.
Customer Service:
Deliver a consistently high level of service across phone and email communication.
Product Support:
Advise customers on heating parts and product solutions.
Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure excellent customer outcomes and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Previous experience within the heating, plumbing or related industry would be ideal
- Internal sales, account management, trade counter or customer-facing sales experience
- Ideally a commercial background or experience dealing with contractors, facilities management companies or commercial customers
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
