By Association Only (BAO) is seeking a Head of Sales to lead the Commercial Team in the UK. You will own BAO’s sales pipeline from first enquiry through to proposal, negotiation and winning work, while guiding the client onboarding into the wider team.
You will lead consultative conversations with ambitious Shopify Plus brands, shape proposals with cross-functional colleagues, and drive outbound activity alongside marketing to grow retainer opportunities.
