TPS is seeking a Sales Manager for our Wolverhampton Centre to lead the Parts Sales team, drive targets, and build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will monitor KPIs, plan promotions, maintain product knowledge, conduct 1:1 reviews, and ensure service levels, integrity and compliance across the sales operation. You will also foster incentives and ensure proper use of business systems.
