Phoenix Resourcing Services is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across a diverse client portfolio in the South Eastern UK region. The role is national with hybrid working and offers an OTE of around £70,000, including base salary up to £50,000 plus commissions and bonuses.
You will build the sales pipeline, forge strong relationships with decision-makers, and identify long-term partnerships to deliver recurring revenue.
