Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound sales activity
• Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations
• Follow up quotations to maximise sales opportunities
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Keep CRM records up to date while working towards sales targets

About You

• Previous experience in Sales, Telesales, Internal Sales or Account Management
• Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
• Proactive, self-motivated and target driven
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Organised with good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
• Positive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and succeed
