The Job Role

• The experienced Director of Sales will drive and sell all market segments for the hotel including leisure & corporate, with a focus on new Meetings, Events & MICE business
• This role will be reporting into the hotel General Manager, with a dotted line into the sales director
• Identify opportunities for new local corporate business through research, cold calling and networking events etc
• The Director of Sales will be the face of the business during client show-rounds, FAM trips as well as representing the hotel & company at trade shows & exhibitions

The Requirements

• The Director of Sales will have previous experience and proven success in a proactive sales role
• Solid track record of securing new business within the MICE & corporate sectors
• Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing the sales strategy
