Self-Employed Air Source Heat Pump Sales Closer – High Commission

Eaasy Heat Company is looking for experienced, motivated Self-Employed Sales Closers to join our growing team.

This is a genuine sales role for confident closers who enjoy meeting customers face-to-face, understanding their needs, and converting qualified appointments into completed air source heat pump installations.

The Role

You will attend pre-booked customer appointments and take responsibility for guiding the customer through the benefits of an air source heat pump, answering questions, overcoming objections and, most importantly, closing the sale.

You will be working on a self-employed basis with the opportunity to earn high commissions for successful sales.

What You'll Be Doing

* Attend pre-qualified customer appointments

* Carry out professional face-to-face sales consultations

* Understand the customer's requirements and recommend the right solution

* Negotiate and close sales

* Work closely with our installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey

Commission Structure

We believe in a simple and realistic commission structure that rewards performance without unrealistic earning claims.

* Self-employed / commission-only position

* Competitive commission paid on completed and confirmed sales

 * £1,000+ commission per sale, depending on the system and sale value

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

* Experienced in face-to-face sales

* Proven closers with a track record of converting appointments

* Confident speaking to homeowners

* Excellent at building rapport and establishing trust

* Motivated by uncapped earning potential

* Professional, reliable and well presented

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Experience in (renewable energy, solar, heating, home improvements, windows/doors, roofing or other high-value domestic sales) is highly desirable.

Full product and company training will be provided.
