Location: Wolverhampton City Centre (Free parking & excellent public transport links)

Salary: £26,500 - £30,000 (Uncapped £60,000+ OTE thereafter) + Competitive Base + Bonuses

Hours: Mon-Wed: 9:30 am - 7:00 pm Thu: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Fri: 9:30 am - 4:30 pm

We are setting new sales records month-on-month, and to keep up with our growth, we are looking for hungry, ambitious Mortgage Advisers to join our high-performing team.

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice (Life, Critical Illness, Income Protection) tailored to client needs.
• Convert qualified leads, hot keys, and appointments into satisfied clients.
• Proactively identify opportunities within our existing customer database.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to look after clients throughout the lifetime of their mortgage.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Qualified: CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is essential.
• Experienced: Proven track record in advising on mortgages and protection products.
• Driven: Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to maximise your commission.
• Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
