Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a supervisor to provide first-line supervision to Corrections Officers and Trainees in an institutional setting. The role involves supervising staff on the assigned shift to maintain a safe and secure environment, communicating with management, staff, visitors, inmates, and the public, and leading and counseling staff.
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Driver’s License, and current Virginia DCJS Certification.
