As a Gas Repair Engineer you will undertake the maintenance and repair work of gas appliances and central heating systems in our customers' homes. You will provide industry‑leading service and help us enhance our reputation while driving customer growth.

• Perform maintenance and repair of gas appliances and central heating systems.
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent Home Serve professionally.
• Adhere to all health and safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Use your technical knowledge to troubleshoot and efficiently resolve customer issues.

• Certificates: CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1 & CKR1 (copies required).
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Excellent customer‑service skills.
• Proactive, ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.

  Head office induction in Walsall – health & safety, company culture and equipment provision.
• Week 2:
  Budding up with an experienced Gas Repair Engineer.
