Vehicle Paint Sprayer

We are recruiting experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayers to join a busy mobile paint team in Wolverhampton and the surrounding areas. This role offers the chance to work independently in a fully equipped van while still receiving ongoing training, support, and opportunities to progress within the industry.

• Carry out high-quality cosmetic paint and alloy wheel repairs at customer locations.
• Complete jobs independently from start to finish using modern tools and equipment.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of repair.
• Use company-provided tablet / phone to manage daily workload and keep accurate records.

• Previous experience as a Smart Repairer or in a bodyshop as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Prepper.
• Able to work to high standards with minimal supervision.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
• Professional, reliable, and well-organised.

• £33,000 basic salary with realistic OTE of £40,000+.
• Fully stocked van, tablet / phone, uniform, and leading paint supplies provided.
• Ongoing training, including the chance to gain ATA accreditation in SMART repair.
• Regular salary reviews and opportunities for career development.
• Overtime available.
