Groupwork and Meaningful Activity Co - Ordinator

A great opportunity to join our team This role is offered on a part time 28 hrs per week basis and based on a fixed term contract until May 2029 with possible extension The Groupwork and Meaningful Activity Coordinator will play a central role in delivering the Connect for Change project, supporting inclusion health groups in Wolverhampton, such as people experiencing homelessness, addiction, vulnerable migrants, sex workers, and individuals in contact with the justice system.

The Coordinator will be responsible for planning, facilitating, and overseeing a programme of groupwork and meaningful activities, collaborating with partner organisations (Good Shepherd, Changing Lives, Refugee and Migrant Centre, Wolves Foundation) to improve social connections, reduce isolation, and enhance wellbeing among service users.
