Empower Family Group’s Outreach Service provides rapid, short-to-medium term emergency support for children, young people, adults, and families facing acute crisis. Operating 24/7, 365 days a year, the team responds to complex and evolving situations with compassion, skill, and urgency, because those in crisis can't choose when they need help.

We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to support our Community Outreach Program, working on an ad hoc basis with hours that suit you.

• Support the Community Outreach Program on an ad hoc basis with flexible hours that suit the candidate.
• Provide rapid emergency support and practical assistance to vulnerable individuals and families during crises.
• Contribute to delivering stability, safety, and tailored support in challenging circumstances.

Opportunities may be available throughout Somerset and Devon, United Kingdom.
