Ackerman Pierce is recruiting for 7 Housing Options Assistants to join a busy Local Authority Housing Needs & Support team in London. You'll deliver housing advice, assess needs and support homelessness prevention, helping residents access suitable accommodation.
Working in a fast-paced statutory environment, you will prepare decision letters, referrals, and maintain accurate records, while collaborating with internal and external partners. Hybrid role: 3 days in office, 36 hours per week.
