Belmont Recruitment is seeking a Complex Needs Community Keyworker to support women on probation across Hampshire, providing trauma-informed, one-to-one support and comprehensive case work within a multi-agency context.
The role involves travelling across sites, managing a varied caseload, coordinating with probation, housing services and other partners, and delivering prison in-reach and release support with two days of flexible WFH per week.
