Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a value driven public sector organisation seeking a Learning & Development Lead on a temporary basis. The role is Bradford-based and on-site 2 days per week. Day rates are 314 per day PAYE or 400 per day umbrella, plus holiday pay.
You will lead the L&D function, review plans with SLTs to set priorities, and oversee programmes including mandatory training and early careers. Immediate availability is preferred.
