Community Housing is seeking a compassionate Tenancy Support Officer to join our Housing Services team in the Lettings and New Tenancy Support Team. You will provide tailored support to customers who may be vulnerable, helping them manage and sustain their tenancy.
You'll work directly with customers, assisting with accessing services, improving financial wellbeing and building skills to maintain tenancies. Collaboration with partners ensures timely, right-fit support.
