Warwickshire County Council is seeking four sessional workers to join the Leaving Care Service. You will work with care-experienced young people aged 16‑25 and support their transition to independence, tailoring your approach to each individual’s needs.
The role involves managing caseloads, responding to identified needs and enabling positive outcomes for young people leaving care. Successful applicants will undergo safeguarding checks, including a DBS check.
