Warwickshire County Council is recruiting an Employment Support Advisor to deliver the Connect to Work programme across Warwickshire, blending IPS or SEQF delivery. You will support adults and young people with health or support needs to secure and stay in employment, coordinating with partners and funders to shape targeted support.
You will craft personalised, in-work support plans and advocate for reasonable adjustments to help individuals maintain roles and progress in the workplace.
