Philosophy Education is recruiting an experienced Interim Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in Bromley to join the leadership team on a full-time interim basis. You will lead safeguarding across two academy sites, drive compliance, and support vulnerable pupils with a proactive safeguarding culture.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage safeguarding cases, liaise with Children’s Social Care and external agencies, and deliver safeguarding training to staff.
