Barnardo's is seeking a part-time Children’s Rights and Advocacy Worker (Project Worker
2) for Oakhill Secure Training Centre. You will provide independent advocacy to children aged 12–18 in custody, promoting the child’s voice and safeguarding needs within a highly structured setting.
The role involves lone working, a rota that includes weekends/bank holidays, and the requirement to follow policy while empowering children to express concerns and access supports.
