AWD online is seeking a Domestic Abuse Support Worker in Luton to provide practical and emotional refuge support to women and children affected by gender‑based violence. You will manage a caseload, complete risk assessments and safety plans, and advocate to help service users access housing, health and other services.
This full‑time role requires a relevant Level 3/4 qualification, a commitment to anti‑racist practice, and flexibility to work outside normal hours.
