onlyFE is seeking an Inclusion Lead to join the SEND Support team and advocate for students with EHCPs. You will support diverse caseloads, coordinate with staff, families and external professionals to ensure tailored outcomes and successful college journeys.
The role emphasizes safeguarding, inclusion, and empowering young people to develop independence, confidence and employability skills, while leading meetings and supporting staff development.
