What you will do
  • Conduct structured assessments focused on risks, needs, and strengths. Develop and regularly review comprehensive intervention plans.
  • Engage in one-to-one and group interventions that concentrate on promoting behaviour change, emotional regulation, and social skills improvement.
  • Prepare detailed court reports, attend hearings, and support young people throughout the legal processes.
  • Identify and manage risks including self-harm, harm to others, and exploitation, while adhering strictly to safeguarding procedures.
  • Cooperate extensively with professionals from police, probation services, education, health, and social care.
  • Actively involve parents and carers in interventions to create robust support networks for young people.
  • Maintain meticulous records and ensure that all statutory and local performance requirements are met.
