Integrated Offender Health is seeking a Navigator (Female Pathway Navigator) to work with service users in collaboration with professionals to develop and implement personalised support plans.
You will assist access to resources such as benefits, housing and health promotion, and respond compassionately to vulnerable individuals at points of acute vulnerability in the criminal justice process.
