• Conduct assessments of adults referred to the MASH team to identify risks and determine appropriate interventions.
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard vulnerable adults and develop effective care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cases, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice guidelines.
• Provide expert advice and support to colleagues and partner agencies on adult safeguarding issues.
• Participate in multi-agency meetings, contributing to risk assessments and decision-making processes.
