You will be crucial to the development of AI systems and next-generation infrastructure that spur innovation in sectors like energy, aerospace, and healthcare, which are currently constrained by antiquated manual procedures.

• Create and implement backend services, distributed systems, and production-grade APIs utilising Python, Type Script, Go, Rust, or comparable technologies.
• Create and deliver backend systems with scalable architectures, AI-powered tools, and APIs right now.
• Use frameworks like Lang Chain, semantic search, RAG, and fine-tuning (SFT/RL) to develop and implement LLM-based applications.
• Create data pipelines and backend logic to enable intelligent automation and real-time processing.
• Oversee infrastructure, including cloud platforms (preferably AWS + Pulumi), containerisation, relational and graph databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Focus on performance, dependability, and scalability when writing clear, effective, and maintainable code.
• Work together across product and technical teams to resolve challenging engineering problems.
• Contribute to an execution, ownership, and learning culture where quality and speed go hand in hand.

• A minimum of two years of work experience as an AI, backend, or software engineer.
• A track record of successfully developing and delivering systems that are ready for production.
• Practical knowledge of databases, cloud architecture, distributed systems, and APIs.
• Knowledge of RAG, Lang Chain, LLMs, or fine-tuning methods (SFT/RL).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills combined with a proactive, builder’s mindset.
• At ease in a fast-paced, early-stage setting where you assume responsibility right away.
