• Test Automation Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
  • Implement automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, or similar.
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Maintain and optimise test scripts to improve execution speed and reliability.
• Test Planning & Execution:
  • Analyse product requirements and specifications to develop automated test strategies.
  • Identify critical workflows and automate regression, functional, and performance test cases.
  • Execute automated test suites and analyse results, providing detailed bug reports.
  • Ensure test scripts are aligned with business and technical requirements.
• CI/CD Integration:
  • Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI/CD, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to ensure seamless deployment processes.
  • Continuously monitor and improve automated testing within deployment workflows.
• Performance & Load Testing:
  • Conduct performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter, Load Runner, or Gatling.
  • Identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
• Develop and manage test data to support automated testing efforts.
• Work closely with IT teams to set up and maintain test environments.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Generate detailed reports on test execution, coverage, and pass/fail rates.
• Quality Assurance Process Improvement:
  • Advocate for and implement best practices in test automation and software quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest automation testing trends and technologies.
  • Provide technical mentorship and training to junior QA engineers.

• Proven experience as an Automated QA Engineer or Software Test Automation Engineer.
• Proficiency in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Robot Framework.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured).
• Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab, CircleCI) and test integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
