U21s Assistant Coach
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a U21s Assistant Coach within our Academy.
Responsibilities- Assist the lead coach in the U21s age group of the Academy.
- Work alongside the Head of Academy Football in planning and delivery of the Coaching Competency Framework, Staff Development Plans, Players ILP's, Academy Training Needs Analysis.
- Have a major influence on the analysis and delivery of the Academy Coaching Philosophy and pathway plan.
The role is full time working 37.5 hours per week.
