Class 1 Driver Nights

Pure Staff's Driving Team are recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers in Bilston for one of our long-standing customers, a leading UK food manufacturer and distributor. This is consistent, ongoing Thursday/Friday to Monday/Tuesday work, completing 1 to 3 RDC deliveries or collections per shift using refrigerated trailers. We have consistent and reliable night available between 16:00 and 04:00, with shifts averaging around 10 hours.

Ideal for drivers wanting a regular working pattern with Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday off, with immediate starts and occasional temporary-to-permanent opportunities available. Rates for an HGV Class 1 Driver Monday to Friday (Nights) £20.17ph Saturday (Nights) = £21.29ph Sunday & Bank Holidays (Nights) = £22.41ph The rates advertised above include 12.07% Rolled-Up Holiday Pay. Prefer to have your holiday pay saved and paid when you take annual leave?

You can choose traditional accrued holiday pay instead, in which case, the 12.07% holiday element is removed from the advertised hourly rate above, and accrued separately, and paid to you when you take annual leave. Night shifts start between 16:00 and 03:59 and are paid at higher rates. We have day shifts available too.
