8 month Fixed Term Contract until 1st October 2026.

40 hours per week, on a 3 shift rotating pattern. 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday or 10pm to 6am Sunday to Thursday. Flexibility required to work outside of these hours to suit business needs.

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to iconic brands across beer, soft drinks and beverages. The business operates 5 production facilities and 16 logistics depots servicing customers nationwide.

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Warehouse Operative. Reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager, this role will play a key part of our success journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

• Warehouse Headset & Voice Picking
• Stock replenishment
• Stock verification accuracy, ensuring all stock is picked correctly and volumes are confirmed against relevant documents (e.g., delivery and pick notes)
• Stock returns
• Safely and efficiently operating manual handling equipment (PPT and FLT)
• Using SMART manual handling techniques
• Holding health and safety at the forefront of all procedures

• Experience working within a warehouse for an FMCG
• Headset and Voice picking experience
• FLT Licence and/or experience desirable
• Attention to detail
• Manual Handling
• Health and Safety practice
