Lakeland opens its recruitment doors at the Kendal Distribution Centre every Wednesday from 10am to 2pm. You could walk away with a confirmed start date after the open day. The role runs Monday to Friday with no weekend work and offers full training with no prior experience required.
Shifts are PM 14:00–22:00, and pay is £12.71 per hour with overtime at 1.5x after 37 hours. Weekly pay is provided, and staff enjoy onsite parking and a supportive team environment.
