Document Controller Opportunity

Lodestone Recruitment is currently working with a well-established company based in Barnsley, who is currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team.

Role Overview :

We are looking to recruit a QA Admin / Document Controller responsible for the following:

To support the Quality Assurance function by controlling, maintaining, and distributing company documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility in line with quality management system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of receipt, issue and electronic storage of controlled incoming and outgoing QA documents. – in accordance with our QA procedures.

Monitor and retrieve comments/information on projects from project Extranet sites and distribute to the team as necessary.

Upload documents to project Extranet sites as necessary.

Collating information for monthly and weekly reports

Administration and assistance in development of procedures and protocols, to ensure good management of document control and movement.

General administrative assistance to the QA department as and when required

Skills & Experience Required

Experience Reviewing Documentation

Experience with customers

Verbal and Written skills

Organisational Skills

Pay Details:

£25K - £27K per Annum (DOE)
