Care Assistant Full Time and Part Time –
Radfield Home Care (UK)

Location: High Wycombe (Operates in Wycombe, Beaconsfield and South Bucks)

Contract: Full‑time or Part‑time

Salary: £14 to £21 per hour (actual pay based on skills and experience)

Working as a Care Professional with Radfield Home Care in Wycombe, Beaconsfield and South Bucks, you will:

• Deliver outstanding care and support to vulnerable clients, following best practice guidelines
• Assist with daily activity needs, including personal care, medication reminders and mobility support
• Maintain accurate care records and report any changes or incidents to senior staff
• Collaborate with the wider care team to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s wellbeing

• Aged 18 or older, with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Excellent personal values and a positive personality to deliver great care
• Successful DBS check and satisfactory references; the role is subject to enhanced DBS disclosure
• Willingness to undergo DBS and sustained reference checks
