We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bench Joiner (Cabinet Maker) to join our team on a full-time basis. This on-site role is based in Ruislip/Ickenham. The role involves crafting, assembling, and finishing bespoke joinery projects to the highest standards. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting technical drawings, using hand and power tools for shaping and assembling woodwork, and ensuring precision in every project.

The Bench Joiner will work collaboratively with a team to meet project deadlines and maintain strict quality standards.

• Proficiency in Joinery/Carpentry with a focus on precision, aesthetics, and quality.
• Strong experience handling Hand Tools and Power Tools.
• Knowledge of Framing and other foundational joinery methods.
• Attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Proven ability to work on high-quality, custom joinery projects in a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent experience in Bench Joinery or Cabinet Making.
