Quality Engineer

Position: Quality Engineer (Permanent)
Location: Wooburn Green

Nex Gen Consultancy are currently recruiting for a well established, growing precision engineering company based in Wooburn Green.

Due to growth and structure change, our client are looking for a Quality Inspector to join their current team.

OPERATIONAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILIES DEFINED

Reporting to – Managing Director (operationally)

MAIN ROLE:

* Manage inspection load

* First off inspection

* Final inspection

* Dimensional reports

* In process inspection and sampling

* Management of inspection equipment, calibration

* Input into rcca for internal issues

* Input into rcca for customer rejects

* Goods inward inspection of parts, material and treatments

* Programming of CMM using MCOSMOS

* Program control of CMM programmes

* Fair dimensional build up for sign off
