Nex Gen Consultancy are currently recruiting for a well established, growing precision engineering company based in Wooburn Green.
OPERATIONAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILIES DEFINEDAnswering to - Managing Director (operationally) and Quality Manager (quality control)
MAIN ROLE- Manage inspection load
- First off inspection
- Final inspection
- Dimensional reports
- In process inspection and sampling
- Management of inspection equipment, calibration
- Input into rcca for internal issues
- Input into rcca for customer rejects
- Goods inward inspection of parts, material and treatments
- Programming of CMM using MCOSMOS
- Program control of CMM programmes
- Fair dimensional build up for sign off
- Training to quality engineer standard and input into QA
