Responsible for inventory, fixed assets, prepaids, and accruals accounting cycle. Assists in implementation of control systems.
What You Will Be Responsible For- Applies fundamental concepts in the application of any judgments to relatively routine matters.
- Supports a wide scope of accounting processes, including journal entry preparation, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, General Accounting and Intercompany/general reconciliations.
- Assists management with deliverables to Corporate and external auditors on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Provides accounting for the assigned organization entity or facility, verifying the accuracy of journal entries, budget and accounting classifications and charges to assigned accounts.
- Performs such individual assignments as supervisors and superiors may direct; ensures adequate and continuous controls are exercised over all assigned activities affecting quality; establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the department, the Corporation and the community; and maintains the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.
- Supports monthly close process.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a four‑year college or university.
- Zero (0) to three (3) years of experience required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel required.
- Knowledge of Government Accounting preferred.
- Pursuing or possessing a CPA is a plus.

- This position currently requires working in‑office 4 days per week and may work remote 1 day per week.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $64,000 to $68,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
