The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative you'll be the voice of PHCNA, helping customers by phone, email, and chat with orders, questions, and issues. You'll work with a supportive team that values patience, clear communication, and getting it right for the customer. The primary responsibility of this position will be to process customer and distributor quotes & orders including order entry, order processing, delivery coordination, and invoicing / rebate administration, and other order fulfillment activities as assigned.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Enter orders and quotes in a timely manner and submit order confirmations to customers and PHCNA reps.
• Answer order status / delivery inquiries and tracking information by phone and email.
• Prepare / process international shipping documents
• Review new orders for correct pricing and special instructions.
• Coordinate accessory installations and predelivery services with warehouse, service and validation teams
• Process returns and replacements including freight claim processing activities.
• Gather customer information to add to customer profiles and data bases as part of customer account setup process.
• Acquire and prepare information for submission of new account set-up in the Microsoft Dynamics AX system.
• Process credits and debits, rebates and credit card orders.
• Crosstrain with others in the department for consistent customer coverage.

Bring Your Expertise

• High school diploma or GED required, college degree is required.
• Experience in data entry with high accuracy and ability to validate entries; 2 years of data entry experience is preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics AX experience Highly Desirable
• Experience working with sales reps, distributors and end users preferred
