We’re seeking a Global Operations Finance Manager to strengthen the financial support for Videojet's global manufacturing and operations network. In this role, you'll consolidate global operations financials, forecasts and budget, analyze key operational performance indicators, and translate data into clear insights that drive strategic decisions. This is an opportunity to shape how a world-class operations finance function works—with high visibility to senior leadership and a meaningful path for career advancement.

You’ll work closely with regional operations teams, plant controllers, and operations leaders across multiple geographies to align financial performance with operational strategy. Success in this role means delivering consolidated, accurate operational financials within the first six months, establishing a best-in‑class KPI reporting cadence, and becoming a trusted strategic partner to operations leaders worldwide within 12–18 months.

In this role, you will:

• Consolidate global operations financial results and forecasts across all regional manufacturing and distribution sites to ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting.

• Partner with regional operations leadership and plant controllers to develop budgets, forecasts, and long‑range financial plans aligned with business objectives.

• Deliver insightful variance analysis and management reporting that communicates financial performance, risks, and opportunities clearly to senior leadership.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial consolidation processes, reduce cycle time, and improve forecast accuracy.

• Serve as a strategic finance business partner to Logistics and Procurement teams, delivering financial analysis, performance reporting, forecasting support, and actionable insights to ensure operational and financial metrics are achieved.

• Experience in operations, supply chain and/or manufacturing finance

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Proven track record of leading financial consolidation processes across multiple business units or geographies

• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, or One Stream)
