Sr COTS Administrator​/Developer, DT&A

Overview

Direct the development, maintenance, and production support of Infor FSM, Infor XM, and related SaaS and on Premises applications.

• Direct the development, maintenance, and production support of Infor FSM, Infor XM, and related SaaS and on premises applications.
• Provide Infor FSM and Infor XM end user support for application usage and troubleshooting.
• Train users in Infor FSM and Infor XM application functionality.
• Provide support for financial and government audits.
• Assist in design and development of solutions for business needs in Infor FSM and Infor XM.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
• Experience in one of Infor Cloud Suite Applications – Required
• Infor FSM and Infor XM Application implementation and/or support experience – Preferred
• Knowledge of Infor FSM and Infor XM configurations and application functionality – Preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects – Required
• SQL skills - Required
• Experience in collaborating with internal users and external consultants – Required
• Effective collaboration and communication skills – Required
• Experience in design and development of extensions in Infor FSM - Preferred

The anticipated salary range for this position is $135,000 to $170,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.
