We are growing our US Freight Forwarding operations.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Air Export Associate to join our logistics team in Wood Dale, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Air export operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex shipping processes efficiently.

• Coordinate and manage Air export shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Prepare and review export documentation including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve shipment issues and provide status updates.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery deadlines.
• Assist in booking Air freight space and negotiating rates with carriers.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and prepare reports as needed.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance export processes and customer satisfaction.

• Entry or any experience in Air export operations or related logistics roles.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation and export compliance.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and freight forwarding procedures.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Bi-lingual preferred (Korean and English)
