• Minimum of 3-5 years of Global Forwarding Operations experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience leading a team
• Strong knowledge of ocean import/export operations, shipping documentation, customs procedures, and carrier coordination.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
• Being able to work independently and part of a team

• Perform and oversee daily Air Export operations, handling shipments from booking, documentations, milestone updates, billings and closing while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Manage Export documentation and systems, including airline bookings, MAWB/HAWB, commercial invoices, manifests, AES, shipment instructions, and accurate updates in Dimerco systems.
• Ensure strict compliance with Dimerco policies, SOPs, customer requirements, airline procedures, and applicable U.S. export and regulatory requirements. Identify compliance risks, correct deficiencies, and ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping.
• Work directly with customers, airlines, trucking companies, customs brokers, vendors, and Dimerco overseas offices to coordinate shipments, communicate status, and resolve operational issues.
• Lead and support the Export Operations/CS team by assigning daily workloads, providing guidance and training, monitoring work quality, and assisting with complex or urgent shipments.
• Maintain key customer and account requirements, ensuring customer-specific SOPs, service standards, documentation requirements, and special handling instructions are consistently followed.
• Monitor the profitability of shipments by controlling cost and minimizing errors of shipments.
