Estimator​/Project Manager

With a One Team mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following Puro Clean® production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate.

• Evaluate losses and develop clear and accurate estimates in Xactimate, Symbility, and/or using T&M price lists
• Ensure that proper administrative items and supporting documentation/photos are included in final invoice
• Obtain clear and accurate subcontractor bids and incorporate into final estimate/invoice
• Competitively price non‑insurance estimate and win the job
• Clearly communicate with all parties the basis for your estimate
• Clearly communicate with internal staff the scope of work and any missed revenue opportunities
• Meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Puro Clean programs with regards to estimating guidelines

• Knowledge of construction and estimating (residential and commercial, interior and exterior)
• Experience with insurance‑based estimating software, i.e., Xactimate, Symbility, etc.
• Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating the message
• Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth
• Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates
• Learn and develop new professional skills in a fast‑paced environment

Compensation: $58,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
