Assembler (1st Shift) – Electronics/Precision Focus at Videojet Technologies

Videojet Technologies is part of the Veralto family, a global leader in product identification solutions. This role contributes to a safer, more sustainable future by assembling electro-mechanical components used in inline printing, coding and marking products, consumables, and software solutions.

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Overtime or weekend work may be required.

• Subassembly & final build:
  Assemble electro-mechanical components per SOPs/work orders; use fixtures, hand/power tools.
• Quality:
  Conduct in-process checks and end-of-line inspection; document defects; support rework as needed.
• Teamwork:
  Coordinate with cell teammates and leads to maintain flow; participate in daily stand-ups.
• Safety:
  Follow EHS and PPE requirements at all times (safety glasses/shoes); adhere to LOTO where applicable.
• Troubleshooting:
  Identify build issues and partner with leads/engineering to resolve.
• Continuous improvement & 5S:
  Support Kaizen, 5S, and standardized work updates.

• Education/
  
  Experience:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year of assembly/manufacturing preferred.
• Technical:
  Understanding of electronic/mechanical assembly; soldering experience highly desirable.
• Precision work:
  Comfort with small parts and detailed visual inspections in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical:
  Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, bend, twist throughout shift; manual dexterity.
• Environment note:
  Work conducted near ink-processing/testing areas; comfortable with odors (non-toxic). PPE available.

The compensation range for this role is $17.00 - $18.00 USD per hour
