Lounge Bartender

Job Summary: The Lounge Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in the hotel's lounge. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a thorough knowledge of mixology.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• Ensure the bar area is clean and well-stocked.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible beverage service.
• Process payments and manage the cash register.
• Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of drink recipes and mixology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Tips or similar certification preferred.
