Service Technician (Full Time) – Canteen North America

Location:

940 Lively Boulevard, Wood Dale, IL 60191. Online applications only.

Schedule:

Full‑time Monday–Friday, hours may vary.

Pay Range: $20.00–$24.00 per hour.

Internal employee referral bonus available.

Repairs, maintains, and assists in the installation of vending machines and equipment.

• Respond to dispatch calls for machine repairs, using company-owned vehicle.
• Call existing customers to assess service adequacy, listen to and resolve service complaints.
• Visually inspect and diagnose machine malfunctions, dismantle machines to access problem areas.
• Inspect parts for wear or misalignment, remove and replace worn or defective parts, repair broken components, realign and adjust, and test machine operation after repairs.
• Review inventory and order parts; ship and receive machines; maintain equipment inventory.
• Prepare machines for installation; assist in installations and removals.
• Set up and operate mechanical equipment and hand tools (drills, grinders, welding torches) for machine repair.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
